Sports Clubs

We work in partnership with external providers to deliver high-quality sports clubs throughout the year. Clubs run in half-termly blocks and include a range of activities such as football, cricket, athletics and multi-sports.

As part of our commitment to providing opportunities for all pupils, each child is offered one block of sports sessions free of charge during the academic year. Additional sessions may be booked for a small cost.

Creative and Enrichment Clubs

We also offer a range of creative and enrichment opportunities. For example, our KS2 Art Club provides children with the opportunity to take part in hands-on creative projects, developing their artistic skills and confidence.

We also run Quiz Club each term for pupils in Years 3–6. This is a fun and engaging club that develops general knowledge, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Further information about Quiz Club can be found here.

Music Opportunities

We are pleased to offer music opportunities through Rocksteady, where children can take part in in-school band lessons.

Children learn to play instruments such as vocals, keyboard, drums, bass or guitar as part of a band, developing musical skills, confidence and teamwork. Lessons take place during the school day and are delivered by experienced musicians.

Parents are invited to attend a Rocksteady concert at the end of each term, where children can showcase their progress and performances.

Booking and Communication

All club bookings and payments are made via Arbor.

All communication regarding clubs, including booking information, confirmations and updates, is shared with parents through Arbor.

We regularly update parents when new clubs become available or when spaces become vacant, ensuring that all families have the opportunity to access clubs where possible.

Places for some clubs may be limited and are often allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Collection and Safeguarding

Children should be collected promptly at the end of each club. Specific collection arrangements will be shared in advance for each activity.
